The timeframe for completion is influenced not only by the quantity of photos that require processing and the complexity of the details involved, but also by  the number of clients we are currently serving. Please note that during peak business periods, image processing may take longer than usual.

We understand and acknowledge your anticipation to receive your finished photographs. However, we ask for your patience and understanding towards our process. In case of any issues, our dedicated photographer will promptly communicate with you. Should you need your images by a precise date, we suggest choosing our rush processing service. This is the only way we can assure the delivery within a specific period. Your understanding is highly appreciated.

• 1-3 Images: 1-2 Weeks

• 10 - 30 Images: 3-5 Weeks

• 40 Images +: Several Weeks

• Album Orders: 1-2 Weeks (in addition to proofing & processing)
