Our operating hours are as follows: Tuesday through Friday: 9am to 5pm Saturdays: 11am to 6pm Please note that Missile Studios is closed every Sunday and Monday, along with all major holidays. You can also conveniently reserve your appointment from there. We recommend scheduling your appointment as soon as possible if you come across an open time and date that you are interested in, as our calendar fills up quickly.

The estimated period for the completion of your images is around 4-5 weeks. Be aware that this period may be longer during high demand seasons. Remember, your photographer often works with multiple clients within the same period and operates in a first-come, first-serve manner to ensure a fluid workflow. We appreciate your understanding as we know you might be eager to receive your images. However, we kindly request patience and respect for the procedure. Your photographer will be in touch should any problems arise. If you require the images by a specific date, we highly recommend opting for rush processing, as this is the only method to guarantee delivery within a particular timeframe.
