Understanding our turnaround times

Images from the client's photoshoot are uploaded onto the client's site to facilitate image selections, which will then contribute towards their chosen package.
The estimated timeframe for completing the processing of photos is determined by the quantity and complexity of the photos, as well as the number of clients we have at the time. During busy periods, it may take longer to process the images. We understand your eagerness to receive your photos, but we ask for your patience and understanding. If you need your photos by a specific date, we recommend choosing our rush processing service. This is the only way we can guarantee delivery within a set timeframe. Thank you for your understanding.
*For images requested prior to the completion of the potential 5 week waiting period, Rush Services must be ordered.

Missile Studios operates on a first-come-first-serve basis, aiming to serve clients efficiently. The duration stated represents the average waiting time for clients to receive their final imagery. The estimated processing time for photos depends on factors like quantity, complexity, and client volume.
Please note that during busy periods, processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and respect for our process by planning your appointment accordingly.

To secure imagery before the 5-week maximum waiting period, please choose the Rush option as an add-on during the online booking process. If you only need expedited processing for certain images within your package, kindly specify the number of images requiring rush delivery in your online booking form or inform us during your appointment. We will apply the Rush service to the designated imagery during your appointment and include it in your package when checking out.

Album Orders: 1-2 Weeks (in addition to proofing & processing)
Prints will be delivered directly to the client's designated address through drop shipping. Alternatively, clients may request to collect their products from the studio. If there is a need for expedited shipping or gift packaging, these services can be provided at an extra cost. Kindly inquire about the rates for these additional options.
