Understanding Standard Turnaround 2-4 week (bd) Final image turnaround Missile Studios operates on a first-come-first-serve basis, aiming to serve clients efficiently. The duration stated represents the average waiting time for clients to receive their final imagery. The estimated processing time for photos depends on factors like quantity, complexity, and client volume. ​ ​ During busy periods, processing may take longer. ​ If you require expedited service before the designated timeframe, add rush to you package at the time of booking to prioritize your order. See Rush for more details.​ ​ If you didn't choose Rush when scheduling your appointment online and now need urgent imagery before the due date, we may accommodate your request (subject to availability) within 3-5 days. However, a rush fee is required to prioritize your request. Once the specified rushed imagery has been communicated to us, expect to receive an invoice via email for the Rush fee to be paid. Payment must be made before proceeding. Note that a minimum fee of $150 applies to rushed orders. Understanding appointment responsibilities Deposit (time slot purchase) To confirm your appointment at our studio, you'll need to purchase a time slot for just $99. This amount will be fully credited towards the total cost of the package you have chosen. The remaining balance, labeled as 'Pay Later,' indicates the remaining amount you will pay on the day of your shoot. ​ Your $99 payment secures your desired time slot from our calendar, ensuring no one else can purchase or reserve it. ​ O nce you have purchased a time slot, it is considered a final sale as it will no longer be available for others to fill. ​ ​ Rescheduling Rescheduling is restricted to two instances. Please be aware that a $25 fee will be levied on each occasion. A third rescheduling attempt will result in the cancellation of the original appointment. To be placed back on the schedule, a new appointment must be made accompanied by a new deposit. Take note that your initial deposit will not be refunded. By scheduling a service, the client is considered to have accepted and agreed to abide by these Terms and Policies. Missile Studios, LLC, also known as the 'Photographer', conducts business and forms contracts with customers, hereafter referred to as the 'Client', based on predetermined 'Terms' and 'Policies'. (Updated 8/21/2023) CONTRACT POLICIES TERMS ONLINE DEPOSIT: $99 → Kindly note, deposits are non-refundable. We urge you to arrange your appointments with care. REMAINING PAYMENT ('Pay Later' Balance) → Please ensure to settle the remaining payment for the package before you leave the shoot. Bring a valid ID and the card you plan to use. If you're paying in cash, please bring the exact amount as we do not operate a cash drawer. Session duration → If your session goes beyond the designated time stated in your package, a fixed fee of $99 will be applied at the at start of each consecutive hour. Any additional time utilized should be settled during checkout. Additional time can only be accommodated if it is readily available. ​ STANDARD TURNAROUND: 3-5 Weeks (bd) → The standard turnaround time for final imagery is 3-5 weeks (business days). We operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. The estimated processing time for photos may vary depending on the quantity, complexity, and client volume. We greatly appreciate your patience and respect for this meticulous process. To expedite service, you have the option to add a rush option to your package when booking. If you need select images for rush delivery only, please specify the number of images needed rushed in the online booking form or during your appointment.
